Kathy is an absolute star. She saved me the day after I came home from the hospital with my first born. Her demeanour is perfect...always calm, confident, and positive. She is knowledgeable but also down to earth and easy to talk to. I was completely at ease with her from the second she walked in the door. I even had her come back with my second just to run through a few questions and ensure I was on the right track with everything. Can’t recommend her enough!

Kathy was an absolute god sent! She helped me with the transition of being a mom so smoothly and was always available any time of the day if I had any questions, concerns or even just to lend an ear. I’ll always be grateful to you Kathy and I certainly recommend her to any new mums out there! ❤️

After following Kathy from Empowa on Instagram I knew immediately in my time of need that she was the postpartum doula to reach out to. She got back to us so quickly with such positivity and reassurance that we knew we had made the right decision to book a session with her. Our session was designed to be exactly what I needed - perfect for my individual needs of debriefing the after care following birth as well as asking my first time mum questions. Myself and my husband felt so positive and confident - empowered (Empowa!!) to be the parents we wanted to be.
